The warm country setting is the perfect place for a romantic
evening, gathering of friends and family, quick lunch,
business meeting or just a drink and appetizer while
watching the game in our Tavern room. The outdoor deck looks
out to the Beautiful Mountains of Vermont. Stratton Mountain
Ski area can be seen from the many windows in the dining
room and Tavern.
Our menu is large and varied, serving only the freshest
Steaks, Seafood, Chicken, Pasta, Burgers, Soups, Salads,
Appetizers and Desserts. Our talented chefs are always on site and eager to prepare the freshest local
ingredients and finest steaks, seafood and delicious
desserts. Our daily specials feature the freshest
ingredients from Oysters, Pemaquid Mussels and fresh fish to
juicy, tender top of the line steaks, burgers and Prime Rib.
We also have a great kids menu and are able to accommodate
those with special dietary needs as all of our dishes are
prepared in house.
The Summit has a large bar with over 25 beers, frosty Frozen Pina Colada's, Margarita's and an extensive wine list. We
are always happy to prepare a Summit Sunrise (featuring
Mango Vodka) and a selection of fruit juices to a perfect
extra dry Martini.
We are very proud of our immaculate kitchen, Dining room and
restrooms and the 100's that we always receive on our health
inspection, (kitchen tours are available by request).

across the street for those who wish to snowmobile,
